My core values and what I bring to every interaction is that if we are not having fun we are doing it wrong! Additionally I have been in Greeley since 1978 and am very familiar with the marketplace in which I have chosen to work. I have been licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission as an Employing Broker and have been a member of the National Association of Realtors the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Greeley Area Realtor Association since 1998. I have completed the additional education necessary to earn the Graduate Realtors Institute designation. I have also completed the more stringent education and experience requirements to obtain the coveted Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation held by only the top 5% of real estate agents nationwide. I capitalize on every opportunity to further my education believing that in so doing I am better able to serve those who choose to work with me. I graduated from Greeley West High School and the University of Northern Colorado. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from UNC and have worked as an expert witness for attorneys in civil real estate cases as well as for lenders to help determine property values.
